These terms govern your use of BlinkFund, a decentralized fundraising protocol built on the Solana blockchain. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Disclaimer

BlinkFund is a decentralized software infrastructure. We do not custody funds. By using the service, you agree that transactions occur directly on the Solana blockchain.

2. Fees and Payments

A 2% service fee is automatically applied only to users who do NOT hold the $BFUND token. Token holders are fully exempt.

3. Privacy

We do not store personal data. Your public wallet address is your only identification.

4. Security & Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. BlinkFund cannot recover lost funds, reverse transactions, or access your wallet. All transactions on the Solana blockchain are final and irreversible.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use BlinkFund for illegal activities, money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to restrict access to the platform if misuse is detected.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by international digital commerce regulations. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration. BlinkFund operates as a decentralized protocol and is not incorporated in any specific jurisdiction.
